Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing company in Texas. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of AR experience in a corporate setting, handling full-cycle responsibilities from billing to cash applications.

Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs) and solid communication are required; NetSuite experience is preferred.

• Full cycle AR responsibilities including billing, collections, reconciliations and cash applications.
• Excellent communication skills and good Excel (VLOOKUPs).
• NetSuite experience preferred but not required.

Our client is seeking to add an Accounts Receivable professional to their small, but growing, company.

This is a contract to hire opportunity.

Ideal candidate will have

• A minimum of three plus years of Accounts Receivable experience in a corporate environment
• Full cycle experience is required including billing, collections, account reconciliations, and cash applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid Excel skills including v-lookups
• NetSuite accounting software experience is preferred
• Ability to start quickly #DALFT
