Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Billing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely billing for delivery services including white glove, installation, warehousing, and related accessorial charges. You will work with Sales, Operations, Customer Satisfaction, Dispatch and Accounting to ensure invoices reflect contract terms and revenue is recognized promptly.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, reviewing documentation and contracts, reconciling billing, and supporting audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in administrative or accounting support.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, or final mile delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices for deliveries, installations, and related services.
• Review PODs, billing documents, and contracts for accuracy.
• Reconcile billing with invoices and assist with month-end close.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and AR to resolve discrepancies.
