ENGIE North America Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Revenue Assurance Director to lead the billing strategy for Retail Energy. You will drive governance, controls, and transformations across finance, IT, and customer care to minimize revenue risk and improve performance.

Hybrid in-office work in Houston is available, with up to 10% travel domestically and internationally. You will influence the meter-to-cash lifecycle and build an accountable, scalable billing organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in billing, retail energy operations, revenue operations, or related discipline.
• VertexOne system experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead complex operational teams and drive transformation and process improvement.
• Experience within the retail electricity and/or natural gas industry.
• Knowledge of operational controls, financial processes, data, technology, and performance management.
• Strategic, analytical leader with strong executive communication and cross-functional skills.

• Set strategic direction for Retail Energy billing, aligning capabilities with business priorities.
• Own overall billing performance including accuracy, timeliness, and controls.
• Establish governance and visibility into billing performance and financial exposure.
• Develop KPIs and executive insights for proactive decision-making.
• Drive transformation of the billing operating model through automation and standardization.
• Provide leadership for billing system enhancements, testing, and deployment.
• Influence meter-to-cash lifecycle and address upstream root causes and downstream impacts.
• Strengthen connection between billing, customer experience, collections, and revenue protection.
• Lead resolution of significant billing risks with sustainable corrective actions.
