NRG Energy is seeking a Revenue Assurance Senior Business Analyst in Houston to partner with business and technical teams to identify revenue leakage, document requirements, and implement sustainable controls. The role focuses on governance, reporting, and continuous improvement through actionable insights.

You will develop dashboards, run cross-functional workshops, and translate findings into concrete recommendations while supporting testing and risk mitigation efforts.

Competenze

• 5+ years of business analysis, process improvement, or revenue assurance experience.
• Experience with process mapping, KPI development, testing, and implementation support.
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management.
