Job summary

• Strong Google Workspace proficiency and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end invoicing, reviewing work orders, time sheets, and payroll data entry.
• Generate and maintain work orders and purchase orders for accurate cost tracking.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to supervisors.
