Job summary

The candidate will input matters, deposit payments, post invoices, and assist with bank reconciliations and month-end close. This is a full-time on-site position in the Tampa area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Education – AA/Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Input new matters into accounting system for Time Entry.
• Deposit & Post Payments received.
• Reconcile payment reductions on invoices.
• Reviews time/expense entry data to ensure accurate data input.
• Process Prebills and Invoices.
• Upload invoices via EDI websites.
• Track outstanding billing issues, follows through and resolves in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up on past due invoices in a timely manner.
• Billing and Budgeting Reporting.
• Bank Reconciliations/Some Month End Processes.
