Job summary

The Billing Analyst at Evolving Solution Services in Phoenix, AZ, will manage full-cycle billing across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will process invoices, adjustments, credits, and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and policies.

You will collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Payable, Finance and Sales to resolve discrepancies, monitor aging, and support month-end close.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in billing, A/R, A/P, or related financial functions.
• Experience with full-cycle billing processes and ERP systems.
• Experience handling multiple accounts with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle billing for multiple customer accounts, including invoices, adjustments, credits, and reconciliations.
• Reviews data, contracts, PO, and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains accurate customer records and completes billing cycles on time.
• Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies and payment issues promptly.
• Collaborates with AR, AP, Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve inquiries.
