Job summary

PRO Document Solutions in Porterville, CA is seeking a Senior Accountant – Billing and Reconciliation with a Controller track, to own complex customer billing, reconcile jobs, and manage monthly close and financial reporting.

You will collaborate with sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure accurate invoices, drive process improvements, and develop toward a Controller-level role for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing process: posting, review, and submission of customer bills.
• Perform account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Investigate discrepancies and trace sources of error.
• Prepare supporting documentation for customer invoices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure accurate billing.
• Assist with internal controls and financial reporting.
