Perennial Resources International in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead the monthly close, financial reporting, internal controls, audit support, M&A integration, and functional oversight of the AP and Billing teams.

You will partner closely with the Controller, Director of Accounting, AP Manager, Billing Manager, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial accuracy, efficiency, and a strong control environment in a fast-paced, asset-intensive setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; 12–15+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading AP/Billing or similar functions preferred.
• Auditing experience, including US and international audits, is desirable.
• Exposure to foreign statutory reporting and tax compliance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee month-end close, AP, Billing, AR, accruals, subledger reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results, balance sheets, AP/AR activity, and operational trends for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with AP, Billing, Treasury and Accounting to ensure proper close activities and reconciliations.
• Support management reporting, variance analysis, cash flow reporting, and leadership analyses.
• Record and reconcile monthly activity for foreign offices and prepare cashflow statements.
• Assist with quarterly financial statements for Treasury submission and annual audits.
• Support M&A due diligence, purchase accounting and integration efforts.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives including close acceleration and reporting automation.
