Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or billing in professional services.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting or billing software and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue monthly client invoices across engagements.
• Post client payments and reconcile receivables to the general ledger.
• Review vendor invoices and process disbursements timely.
• Support Form 990 workpapers and nonprofit reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready records and assist with external audits.
