Job summary

Anthropic, headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own cross-functional billing programs. You will collaborate with billing engineering, GTM systems, finance and treasury, product, and support to provide leadership a single, clear view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.

You will drive the promotions program end-to-end, ensure pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting are ready for launches, and shepherd charge pipelines through steady change management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience with metering, invoicing, and payment data flows is a plus.
• Ability to drive cross-functional programs end-to-end and align diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-team programs that build billing platform foundations from scoping to delivery.
• Standardize how new commercial work enters billing with clear ownership and dependencies.
• Own the promotions program end-to-end from proposal to reconciliation for self-serve and sales-led programs.
• Lead commercialization and launch readiness for billing with pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting in place.
• Manage change processes for the charge pipeline and coordinate payments operations with finance and treasury.
