Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own cross-functional programs in billing. You will partner with billing engineering, GTM systems, finance and treasury, product, and support to give leadership a single view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.

We expect 6+ years of TPM experience, with knowledge of metering, invoicing, and payment flows. Location-based hybrid policy applies; visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience with metering, invoicing, and payment flows is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-team programs that build billing platform foundations, from scoping to delivery.
• Standardize how new commercial work enters billing with clear owners and sequencing.
• Own the promotions program end-to-end for self-serve and sales-led programs.
• Own commercialization and launch readiness for billing, including pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting.
• Own the change process for the charge pipeline.
• Run payments operations programs in partnership with finance and treasury, including currency and FX.
