Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management experience delivering complex multi-team programs.
• Fluency in complex technical environments: distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and APIs.
• Experience coordinating production testing, operational readiness, and compliance sign-offs in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategic technical program plans that align cross-functional teams with goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Own program execution end-to-end — managing scope, dependencies, risks, milestones, and roadblocks across multiple teams.
• Coordinate delivery across Infrastructure, SRE, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Security, Solution Architecture, Product, and other groups.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive data-driven status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, planning, and cross-team coordination to keep programs on schedule.
• Coordinate production testing and drive operational readiness — monitoring, rollbacks, runbooks, SLAs, incident response.
