Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our corporate office in Westmont, IL. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate client billing and assisting with weekly payroll processes.

The position entails data entry in Dynamics GP, auditing timecards, invoicing weekly, and reconciling billing with client reports. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment with precision.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organized; accurate data handling.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.
• Experience with billing and payroll processes is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (incl. v-lookup, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of payroll tax withholdings and per diem regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into Microsoft Dynamics GP for billing setup.
• Audit timecards and time reports for payroll and billing for 300-1200 people.
• Invoice weekly according to client requirements and reconcile invoices.
