Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• 2–3 years billing experience required.
• Experience with multi-state payroll preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into Microsoft Dynamics GP for billing setup.
• Audit contractor time sheets and billing instructions.
• Process payroll and billing for 300–1200 employees weekly.
• Audit and process expense reports and credit memos.
• Issue invoices and reconcile with client reports.
• Maintain data integrity and coordinate with corporate and branch offices.
