Derse, a face-to-face marketing and exhibit company, seeks a Billing Supervisor in Milwaukee, WI. You will direct the day-to-day efforts of the billing team, ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and support audit and ERP processes while maintaining Derse’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates in Business Administration, Accounting, or Operations Management with 5+ years professional experience
• 3+ years experience supporting accounting / billing functions required
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong conflict / resolution, communication skills & ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Manage all billing-related activities and the billing team
• Oversee daily functions of billing coordinators and assign projects
• Oversee training of billing coordinators and manage training docs
• Lead or oversee billing of complex projects/invoices over $1M
• Assist with investigating and resolving invoicing issues with internal teams
• Ensure billing policy and guidelines are followed
• Communicate job close issues to management and operations
• Assist with troubleshooting ERP invoicing issues
• Assist in annual audit preparation and respond to auditors
• Conduct periodic billing meetings and drive efficiencies
