Qualifications

• At least four years of customer service experience, two of which include billing activities utilizing ERP systems.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in customer service, billing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s/degree may substitute two years of experience.
• Equivalency options may be considered with preference for municipal billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing operations and administrative functions for utility/financial billings.
• Process utility bills, retiree invoices, franchise fees and other billings with accuracy.
• Coordinate with departments and collections agents; manage payment arrangements.
• Enter and maintain customer data in ERP systems and monitor deposits/revenue trends.
• Lead and develop the Finance Customer Success team, including onboarding and performance reviews.
