Job summary

Steno is seeking a Billing team member to own the full invoicing cycle, manage client and provider relationships, and ensure timely payments with speed and accuracy.

In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally, fix process gaps, and build scalable workflows using Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk. Schedule is Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM PT or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM ET, with one Saturday per month.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Startup experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full invoicing cycle and process high-volume transactions.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and providers.
• Cross-functional coordination to unblock teams and resolve issues.
• Identify and fix process gaps to improve workflows.
