Qualifications

• 5+ years of billing experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
• Equivalent education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Process and bill service orders.
• Audit and bill delivery orders for accuracy.
• Reconcile daily orders to ensure timely invoicing.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Notify customers about deliveries and service visits with updates.
• Follow up after service or delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to customer emails and calls professionally.
• Suggest improvements to billing and routing processes.
• Plan and route drivers and service technicians for daily coverage.
• Coordinate emergency service requests and MMA visits.
• Cross-train colleagues and provide admin support as needed.
