Job summary

Moroch Partners, Inc. is seeking a full-time Billing Operations Specialist in Dallas, TX to manage client billing for assigned accounts.

You will audit, prepare, and process recurring and ad hoc billings, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and timely issuance according to client requirements and schedules. You will review vendor activity, unbilled costs, and job status to ensure all billable costs are captured, reconciled, and ready for invoicing.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience managing client billing, payables, reconciliations, and documentation.
• 3–5 years of billing and/or accounts payable experience, including auditing invoices, processing billings, and meeting month-end deadlines.
• Experience reconciling vendor invoices, payable costs, unbilled items, or advance bill activity with job costing and cost flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Audit, prepare, and process recurring and ad hoc client billings for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and on-time issuance.
• Review vendor activity, unbilled costs, open purchase orders, job status, and approvals to ensure billable costs are captured and reconciled.
• Audit and process vendor invoices, verify coding and cost allocations to align with statements of work and client requirements.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and variances through research and cross-functional coordination.
• Support revenue recognition through reconciliations of advance billings and payable costs.
• Monitor billing activities, approvals, reconciliation requirements, and account status to meet deadlines and close calendars.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations to complete billing reconciliations for month-end and year-end close.
• Maintain organized billing documentation and routine reporting on account status and upcoming activities.
