Job summary

Moroch is seeking a full-time Clerical Billing Operations professional in Dallas, TX to manage client billing activities, including auditing, preparing, and processing recurring and ad hoc invoices with strong attention to documentation and accuracy.

The role validates billable costs, resolves discrepancies, and supports revenue recognition and month-end close, while collaborating with cross-functional teams within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in managing client billing, payables, reconciliations, and billing documentation.
• 3–5 years of billing and/or accounts payable experience, including auditing invoices and meeting month-end deadlines.
• Experience reconciling vendor invoices, payable costs, unbilled items, or advance bill activity with job costing and cost flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Audit, prepare, and process recurring and ad hoc client billings for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Review vendor activity, unbilled costs, open purchase orders, and job status to ensure capture and reconciliation of charges.
• Audit and process vendor invoices, verifying coding, cost allocations, fees, and billing elements for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and variances through research and cross-functional coordination.
• Support revenue recognition with reconciliations and related billing adjustments.
• Monitor billing activities, approvals, and deadlines to maintain timely cycles and close readiness.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operations to support month-end and year-end close items.
• Maintain organized billing documentation and routine reporting for client status and upcoming activities.
