Job summary

Moroch is seeking an experienced Billing Leader in Dallas to oversee client billing operations for assigned accounts. You will guide the billing team, ensure accurate invoices, and align billing with contracts, budgets, and policies.

You will partner with Controllers and finance leadership, manage reconciliations, and support month-end/ year-end closes while maintaining revenue integrity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client billing or revenue accounting with leadership experience.
• Experience validating invoices against scopes of work and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and month-end close.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial reporting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day client billing for assigned accounts and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
• Lead and coach the billing team, plan workload, and maintain service standards.
• Review back-up, charges, and expenses for contract compliance before invoicing.
• Resolve billing issues with clients and internal teams to protect revenue.
• Manage reconciliations, budgeting, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Prepare billing and financial status reports for leadership.
• Support onboarding and transitions for new clients and those exiting.
