Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Previous billing or invoicing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform the billing process using multiple accounting systems to generate customer invoices and update records.
• Ensure accurate commission calculation on sales files and maintaining the commission database.
• Update sales database and monitor open orders for timely billing.
• Process and verify accounts payable data entry for vendor invoices.
• Review and resolve issues with vendor invoices by corresponding with vendors.
• Communicate with sales to provide order status updates and resolve issues.
• Analyze billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, as needed.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
