Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to support all aspects of the billing cycle. You will generate invoices, apply payments, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong communication.

Collaboration with Sales and AR teams ensures accurate billing and timely cash flow in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2–4 years in AR/billing, a Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of accounts receivable, billing, or similar finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices using NetSuite.
• Process and apply customer payments; reconcile discrepancies and support AR aging.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure billing accuracy via Salesforce.
• Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve inquiries and collection issues.
• Assist month-end and year-end close; prepare AR reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and drive efficiencies.
