Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting or Business required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Support the accounting team in month end close process and reporting.
• Assist with daily inventory reconciliation and maintenance in alignment with sales operations.
• Support sales operations through processing Customer Sales Invoices, Vendor Credits and Buy-Outs.
• Assist in gathering support and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts across the Finance Department.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.
