Job summary

Fidium Fiber is seeking a Revenue Assurance specialist to audit invoices, validate pricing, and drive accuracy across billing systems. You will recover significant annual revenues, manage cross-department initiatives, and communicate open issues with monthly progress reports.

The role requires strong SQL/data-query skills, experience with billing systems, and collaboration with regulatory and carrier teams. Remote options may be available depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Revenue Assurance methods and procedures management.
• Minimum of 10 years knowledge of Billing Support Systems with emphasis on end user billing processes.
• Must have SQL and data queries skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit invoices and correlate data to validate pricing across contracts and tariffs.
• Identify and resolve billing problems to recover millions in new revenues annually.
• 2nd tier support for CARE billing issues and escalations with strategic customers.
• Lead UAT on new products and define auditable bill quality metrics monthly.
• Coordinate process improvements and automation in billing operations.
• Work with Regulatory to ensure compliance and participate in dispute resolution.
• Track Carrier AR and collaborate with outside contractors to resolve issues.
