Job summary

Fidium Fiber is seeking an experienced Revenue Assurance Specialist to audit invoices, validate pricing from Product Workbook, Contracts and Tariffs, and drive billing improvements across all systems.

You will lead audits, identify root causes to recover revenue, support CARE billing, supervise cross‑department initiatives, and report progress while enabling accurate, auditable monthly statements. Strong SQL and data‑query skills, plus familiarity with PRISM/Kenan, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Revenue Assurance methods and procedures management.
• Minimum of 10 years knowledge of Billing Support Systems with emphasis on end user billing processes.
• Must have SQL and data queries skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit invoices and validate pricing across Product Workbook, Contracts, and Tariffs/Service Guides.
• Identify root causes of billing issues and recover revenue; target $5M annual improvement.
• Provide 2nd tier support for CARE billing issues and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to reduce errors.
• Lead or assist in development and deployment of billing process improvements and automation.
