Fidium Fiber is seeking a Revenue Assurance/Billing Auditor to audit invoices and validate pricing across products, contracts, and tariffs. The role targets recovering revenue and reducing billing errors while coordinating cross‑department initiatives.

The candidate should have strong SQL and data-queries skills, experience with billing systems, and the ability to lead projects with cross‑functional teams. This remote position offers growth, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Revenue Assurance methods and procedures management.
• Minimum of 10 years knowledge of Billing Support Systems with emphasis on end user billing processes,
• Must have SQL and data queries skills
• Experience with CARE billing issues and cross-department collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit all invoices and correlate data to validate pricing.
• Create daily/monthly/quarterly audits for pricing and billing accuracy.
• Identify and resolve billing problems to recover revenue.
• 2nd Tier support for CARE billing issues and escalations.
• Lead UAT on new products and coordinate monthly bill quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Billing and Revenue Assurance policies.
