RemX | The Workforce Experts partners with a rapidly growing managed services organization to hire a Billing Manager in Phoenix. This onsite role leads a 10-12 billing team, overseeing legal billing operations and driving process improvements.

You will manage eBilling workflows, ensure client billing guideline compliance, perform reconciliations and data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of legal billing management experience.
• Experience managing billing teams.
• Hands-on experience with Aderant and/or Elite 3E.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 billing professionals
• Oversee legal billing, invoice processing, verification, and payment activities
• Manage eBilling workflows and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines
• Perform account reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis
• Develop and improve billing policies, procedures, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
