Victor Community Support Services is seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee billing operations at assigned site(s). The role reports to the Billing Manager and emphasizes supervision of billing staff, data integrity, and timely processing of billing activities.

The position requires at least two years of administrative support experience with data entry and billing, plus a California driver’s license. The role includes site travel and adherence to agency policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative support experience including data entry, managing databases, processing billing/payments, or similar tasks.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license and drive safely as part of site operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and develop billing associates at the site(s).
• Enter required billing data into billing software within established timelines.
• Participate in month-end closing activities and reconcile services performed year-to-date.
• Perform internal audits as needed and report findings to Billing Manager.
• Gather and report billing issues to Billing Manager within defined timeframes.
