Job summary

Victor is seeking a Billing Supervisor to oversee billing at assigned site(s) under the direction of the Billing Manager. The role requires supervising billing associates, ensuring data accuracy, and timely month-end close.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of administrative experience, including data entry and billing processing, with preference for prior supervisory and medical billing experience. A California driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative support experience including data entry, database management, and billing processing.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous Medical Billing and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with site and fiscal personnel regarding tasks that integrate with site processes.
• Supervises, directs and develops billing associates assigned to the site(s).
• Problem solves and resolves complex issues related to billing processes.
• Ensures all required billing data elements are entered into the billing software according to timelines.
• Participates in centralized month end closing activities and reconciles services performed month and year-to-date.
• Performs internal audits as needed.
• Interprets financial reports for statistics and billing information as needed.
• Supports reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Gathers, documents, and reports billing issues to Billing Manager in a timely manner.
