Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 7 years of billing operations leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of the full billing lifecycle and process optimization.
• Experience with 3E or similar legal billing/financial systems.
• Experience leading technology-driven billing system initiatives.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of the billing operation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service levels.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing billing team.
• Evaluate and improve billing processes, workflows, and controls to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Drive technology initiatives, including system enhancements, conversions, implementations, and upgrades.
• Partner with leadership, finance, and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on billing systems, reporting, and best practices.
• Develop training programs and documentation to improve team capabilities and system adoption.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the billing function.Ensure compliance with firm policies, client requirements, and billing guidelines.
