Job summary

ChampionX in Midland, TX is seeking a Billing Support Specialist to support two corporate account managers, handling order to cash processes, invoicing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong PC skills with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) desired.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Order to Cash: order entry, delivery creation, invoicing.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Handle office duties: typing, filing, documentation creation.
