Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or two years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort operating in SAP environments.
• Knowledge of order processing, billing, and pricing in a manufacturing setting.
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal) and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask while maintaining customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing and internal pricing, freight, marketing programs, billing adjustments, and rebates for US/Canada customers.
• Conduct analyses and provide pricing information to Account Managers or Marketing using available systems.
• Calculate formula-based pricing per sales contracts using government/industry/commodity indices.
• Ensure compliance with price-change approvals and billing adjustment processes.
• Reconcile customer accounts, resolve cash application issues, and assist in collections.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Managers, Credit, and Customer Relations to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to pricing/sales contract improvements and internal system projects.
