• 2+ years of legal billing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the billing performance of the assigned team and monitor monthly billing goals.
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and eBilling requirements.
• Collaborate with collections and stakeholders to resolve billing issues and support process improvements.
• Oversee training and development of Billing team members and support staff.
• Prepare and review invoices, reporting, and KPI metrics.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on system upgrades and workflow enhancements.
