Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant managerial experience required.
• 2+ years of legal billing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with billing systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing performance and achieve monthly billing goals and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to client billing guidelines and eBilling requirements.
• Collaborate with collections and stakeholders to support follow-up and reporting.
• Oversee billing team development, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage eBilling tools and workflows and drive process improvements.
• Prepare and review billing reports and escalations with attorneys as needed.
• Coordinate with firm leadership on billing projects and system upgrades.
