Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a hybrid team of billing specialists to meet performance and quality targets.
• Set clear expectations, give feedback, and coach team members to SME status.
• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and learning new tools.
• Ensure efficient daily billing operations for assigned contracts: eligibility checks, documentation review, coding and claim submission.
• Plan staffing, queues and workflows for accurate, timely, cost-efficient processing.
• Monitor metrics and intervene early when performance drifts.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements with automation.
• Collaborate with Billing Leads and Support to standardize best practices.
