Falck US is seeking a Billing Specialist I to start a journey in Billing, owning verification, coding support, and processing tasks. The role offers a clear ladder toward Billing Specialist II and beyond within the EMS RCM environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on the Billing process using clear SOPs and checklists.
• Review data from systems and PCRs for completeness and basic accuracy.
• Complete daily queue of tasks in the Billing system (Logis) and portals.
• Escalate unclear or complex cases to more experienced billers or the Billing Manager.
• Participate in training sessions and coaching to apply feedback.
