Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience is required.
• 7 years of previous experience in finance/billing or related area is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the planning and direction of Billing activities and maintains ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Prepares and maintains account records and billing data; organizes and schedules resources.
• Oversees operating systems and programs for cost-effectiveness.
• Monitors billing processes and expenses; drives team performance toward goals.
• Provides guidance and leadership to staff accountants.
• Oversees department staffing, coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
