ScalableOS seeks a Finance Manager for a remote role focused on billing, collections, and disbursements. The ideal candidate ensures regulatory compliance, including BIR, VAT, and ITR filings, while maintaining meticulous records and timely reporting.

The position requires CPA with at least six years of accounting experience, strong controls, and the ability to work effectively from the Philippines or other remote locations. This is a long-term remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• CPA with at least six years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting system.
• Knowledgeable in payroll systems and regulatory compliance (LGU, BIR, SEC).
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Prepare billing and issue to clients after review.
• Monitor and follow up on collections.
• Ensure BIR compliance by preparing and filing periodic returns (WITHHOLDING, VAT, ITR, etc.).
• Liaise for renewal of local permits (Sanitary Permits, Mayor's Permits).
• Process payment requests and issue 2307 forms.
• Participate in month-end closing and bank reconciliations.
• Handle other duties as needed by the position.
