Job summary

Perkins Eastman is looking for an Accounts Payable professional to manage high volumes of complex bills and ensure timely, accurate invoicing in line with client contracts.

You will support project managers and project accountants, prepare monthly billing reports, and review unbilled labor to ensure proper client invoicing. Strong Excel and analytical skills required; hybrid policy with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in Architectural, Engineering and Construction.
• ERP experience (Deltek Vision) desired.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume of complex bills.
• Ensure invoicing is timely and accurate according to client contracts and internal controls.
• Coordinate with project managers and project accountants on invoicing.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and analyses; coordinate follow-up and corrections.
• Review unbilled labor reports to ensure timely invoicing.
• Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot billing issues.
• Monthly assessment of net billing vs net revenue.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
