Job summary

Perkins Eastman is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional in the United States, including Irvine, to process high-volume invoices and support project accounting. The role requires an associate degree and 2+ years in professional services, with a preference for candidates from architecture/engineering/construction environments.

You will coordinate with project managers, prepare billing reports, and ensure timely, accurate invoicing in line with client contracts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in architectural, engineering and construction.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage confidential information.
• Demonstrate integrity and comply with company policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of complex bills.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing per client contracts and internal controls.
• Coordinate with project managers/accountants for invoicing activities.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and analyses; follow up and correct as needed.
• Review unbilled labor reports to ensure timely invoicing to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly; escalate when needed.
• Monthly assessment of net billing vs net revenue.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
