Job summary

Zedcor Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our growing accounting team. This role is integral toinvoice processing, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting revenue recognition.

You will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in operational accounting (AR/AP), a degree in accounting, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong Excel

Qualifications

• Must have 2-4 years’ experience in operational accounting, accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to analyze a large data set

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer records including billing/email addresses and terms
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and discrepancies
• Coordinate customer set-up process and ensure proper paperwork
• Prepare monthly invoices based on operations data and ensure proper revenue recognition
• Communicate with clients and field staff for logistics and scheduling
• Perform general office duties as needed
