Qualifications

• 1+ year of billing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/financial skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Computer and billing software experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform repetitive office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, memos, and monthly statements.
• Maintain accurate customer files and billing records.
• Compile and record billing information and transactions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies between shipping and billing records.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Use billing software, computers, and office equipment.
