Job summary

McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a Billing & Receiving Clerk to prepare invoices, maintain billing records, and ensure accurate financial data in a team-focused environment.

You’ll resolve discrepancies between shipping and billing, provide strong customer service, and use billing software daily. High attention to detail and good math skills are valued.

• 1+ year of billing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/financial skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Computer and billing software experience a plus.
