Quick Supply Co. seeks an Invoicing Analyst in Ankeny, IA to prepare invoices and credit memos, process bills, and maintain orderly financial records. You will support the Invoicing Manager and AR team while ensuring accuracy and timely processing of billing documents.

The role involves collaborating with multiple departments, reviewing monthly balances, and updating customer data. A bachelor's in accounting is preferred with 2–3 years accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• 2-3 years accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Invoicing Manager to ensure paperwork is received promptly.
• Enter data into accounting software.
• Process customer invoices and credit memos.
• Analyze paperwork from job sites for discrepancies.
• Review invoices for discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal departments and external companies about billing issues and obtain PO numbers.
• Update customer information in systems.
• Mail invoices to customers.
• Assist with customer inquiries and past-due accounts.
