Gerhart is seeking a Billing Coordinator to execute invoicing, review Work Orders for accuracy, and address invoice questions. The role includes maintaining software data, supporting the Business Unit Manager, and helping during team absences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience or an AS degree, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and order entry systems.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Background in accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role or an AS degree.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines and improve daily efficiencies.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-starter with organized workflow and independent work style.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and order entry systems; problem solving oriented.

Responsabilités

• Review completed Work Orders for accuracy to ensure timely billing.
• Maintain invoice status in company software and update customer data.
• Provide administrative support to Business Unit Manager.
• Support team during absences and perform additional duties as needed.
