Job summary

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Billing Disputes Specialist to join our billing operations team in Houston. You will process invoices, review billing for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and precise client billing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of billing experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Experience working directly with clients on billing matters.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, rate tables, and invoice review.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring billing accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting a seamless client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Process and generate invoices in a high-volume environment
