Job summary

Tot Lot Services Inc is seeking a reliable Billing Specialist / Scheduler to join our Phoenix office. You will dispatch field technicians, prepare invoices, manage accounts receivable, and coordinate with customers and technicians to keep billing and scheduling accurate.

Must have strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Experience in dispatching, billing, accounts receivable, or service industry preferred.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office.

Responsibilities

Dispatch and schedule field technicians efficiently throughout the day.
Coordinate service calls and communicate scheduling information with technicians and customers.
Prepare detailed and accurate customer invoices.
Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals for customers.
Order materials, parts, and supplies for service jobs.
Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized customer and job records.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and field personnel.
Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative duties.
Manage multiple jobs and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Ensure billing, dispatch, and job information is accurate and up to date.
