Job summary

Zonatherm Products and ThermFlo is seeking a Billing Specialist to support invoicing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate data and timely billing for projects and customers. You will collaborate with sales, service coordinators, and project managers to resolve issues and optimize billing workflows.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree in accounting and at least 2 years of AR experience, with strong Excel and accounting software skills, and a customer-service oriented

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or accounts payable.
• Understanding of basic finance, accounting and bookkeeping.
• Experience uploading invoices to third-party portals and processing payments.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and reports; strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for completed work and verify data aligns with contracts and POs.
• Resolve discrepancies prior to invoicing; ensure taxes and terms are correct.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and project managers on billable work.
• Prepare reports for unbillable work (WIP) and progress billing.
• Submit invoices timely to manufacturer portals and maintain customer data.
